My husband has given me strict instructions to keep the details of my Diva Cup experience to myself. Still, I do feel the need to report out on my endeavor to save the world, one tampon at a time. I've been a diva since Saturday morning - 3 days now. The first day, my first "fitting", was a bit intimidating. However, I persevered, and it's been a dream. The cup needs "tending to" about twice a day, so I just stay on the same schedule of early evening and first thing in the morning. I don't feel it at all during the day, I haven't experienced any leakage, and exercising hasn't been an issue at all.
I give the Diva Cup *two very enthusiastic thumbs up* (in the words of Travis from "Clueless"), for its comfort, ease, innovation, and most of all - contribution to environmental health! I'm happy to answer more questions, so please email me at gmail.
