Kale Chips

Kale chips, where have you been all my life?! This picture is pretty brutal, but I started binging tonight...on kale chips. And I knew that if I didn't whip out the camera, the chips would be gone. Ready for this recipe?

One bunch of organic kale
sea salt to your liking
a T or 2 of olive oil

Rip leaves off stem.

Drizzle oil over leaves and sprinkle some salt on them. Swirl them around a bowl to make sure they are good and coated.

Put leaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or tinfoil.

Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes. Check frequently, because they get bitter if they brown. They may not look done, but when you try one, the absolutely melt in your mouth.

The biggest challenge? Not eating the entire pan in one sitting.
