Two Keepers

I have to put in a plug for two of my favorite recipes from the last week. I made Cocoa Carrot Muffins, and Jasmine Rice Pudding, from Vehement Flame. Mark devoured the muffins, and I've been savoring the rice pudding for a week now! Check them out - I promise you will NOT be disappointed!
