Fantastic Fish

Dinner was a hit again tonight, and just about the easiest meal I've made in...well, ever.

I put a piece of wild cod, a thinly sliced onion, and a dollop of creme fraiche in an aluminum foil pouch, and cooked for 20 minutes at 350. It was super tasty and easy. I served the fish with the minestrone soup that I made for Dave and Jen last Sunday.
