Delicious Lunch

So my blog has turned into a day by day account of my no poo experiment, which was not my intention. So, to switch things up a bit, here is the recipe for a delicious, healthy lunch I've been making:

red cabbage, chopped
cucumber, cut up
apple, diced
carrot, sliced or grated
celery, chopped
shallots
sunflower seeds, (preferably sprouted)
flax seed oil
cherry tomatoes (seasonal)
raw cheddar cheese
avocado

You can vary the amounts, slice things they way you want, add or subtract ingredients, but that's the way I like it! I mix it up and I have a very filling lunch! Maybe I'll take a picture next time...
