I guess I was imaging it to be more like a firmer bar, but maybe I didn't let it cook long enough? It got nice and brown on the top, but still soft on the inside. it does cut into squares though. How did yours turn out?
Instead of walnuts I added cocoa nibs. Suggestion - for people like me who aren't terribly familiar with millet, you might want to put COOKED millet in the crust ingredient list. Slightly crunchy uncooked millet crust was fine too, though. ;)Anjanettehttp://www.raisingthebarrs.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2184845902597592136.post-43124215606108224572011-02-02T12:31:28.569-08:002011-02-02T12:31:28.569-08:00this might be a dumb question, but what is a dehyd...this might be a dumb question, but what is a dehydrator?

i have been craving this hummus ever since i tried it at the woman's retreat MONTHS ago!

yuuuuuuuum!Russell and Bethany Sheetshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03742807567225939241noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2184845902597592136.post-15515784608051768442010-10-04T06:56:27.366-07:002010-10-04T06:56:27.366-07:00Thank you for all the information on Water Kefir. ...Thank you for all the information on Water Kefir. I liked it for the fall/winter especially. It was really just laziness that kept me from keeping it up - a bottle of Burt's Bees is faster and easier. I"ll do a post in a week or so with how things are going in the warm weather. If you try it, make sure you have a great moisturizer for afterward, (vitamin E or coconut oil) and play around with the castor oil/olive oil ratios.Emerald Greenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04832412389585434492noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2184845902597592136.post-88953605533756377202010-08-25T18:55:27.186-07:002010-08-25T18:55:27.186-07:00Hello! Spent $800 one time to diaper for almost 8 years! I know some people do, but I believe it gets into the blood stream faster and more effectively if it is in liquid form, though people debate that. If you do get the oil, definitely get a flavor - I like cinnamon. They ran out last time I ordered, so I figured plain couldn't be that bad, but it is. =)
The brand I like for monolaurin and betaglucan is Ecological Formulas. I included it in the above post. I just caught a cold that was going through the family, and wished I'd been taking some of the cod liver oil I give to my tube-fed daughter! So can you please tell me, do you take CLO just as the oil, or do you take capsules? Is there a particular brand(s) of monolaurin & betaglucan supplement you take? I particularly loved the scripture you shared that you reminded yourself of while healing. I think I will print it out for myself to have in the coming months.conniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08675708151247378703noreply@blogger.com
