I didn't cook much this weekend. I made two poorly timed loaves of sourdough that Mark has been enjoying. (The rising times were all wrong due to being out and about!) I also made chocolate almond biscotti,
a rather nasty looking but incredibly tasty (with recipe soon to be posted!) Walnut Pomegranate Lamb, and eclairs.
ohhhh! I love you! eclair eclair ecair I will dream of eclairs....so is that white flour?? pray tell!

=) It's white whole wheat flour, made from hard white winter wheat berries. But no, it's not freshly ground. My hand crank makes a huge mess so I opted for good ol' King Arthur organic instead. I made these for my nephew's birthday party. They tasted delicious with the white whole wheat - couldn't tell the difference!!
