These are both great articles if you have the time. They take about 5 minutes to read, and are further confirmation that the low-fat, low-cholesterol diets are heavily questioned and not scientifically sound. I can personally attest to feeling much better, and losing weight when I stick to meats, butter, eggs, and cheese...
